John Fricke is a notable OZ historian and author of Judy: A Legendary Film Career; The Wizard of Oz: The Official 50th Anniversary Pictorial History; Judy Garland: World’s Greatest Entertainer; Judy Garland: A Portrait in Art & Anecdote; 100 Years of Oz; and (with Jonathan Shirshekan) The Wizard of Oz: An Illustrated Companion to the Timeless Movie Classic. An Emmy Award-winning producer and Grammy Award nominee, he makes his home in New York City.
