Chamber to Host Annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast on Thursday, August 13

Each year, the Wamego Area Chamber of Commerce, due to the support of its members, hosts USD 320 staff and teachers at a Teacher Appreciation Breakfast on the first day of In-service. Thank you to our members for allowing staff and Board members the resources needed to create and host this appreciation event!

 

Wamego Battle of the Badges Blood Drive

Tuesday, August 11, Noon-6:00 p.m., Mount Calvary Lutheran Church

A blood drive will be held to face the looming shortage of the most needed blood types. Therefore, there is an urgent need for eligible donors with O negative, B negative and A negative blood to give now and prevent an emergency situation. Community Health Ministry to Host Ice Cream & Tours, 14th Birthday Celebration

Wednesday, August 12, 4:00-6:00 p.m., CHM, 4th and Ash

You are invited to help us celebrate CHM's 14th birthday during Safety Net Clinic Week. Come and go. We will honor CHM volunteers with a short ceremony at 5:00 p.m.
